Kim created for us the honeymoon trip of a lifetime to Italy. She was hands-down the most attentive, detail-oriented, and trustworthy travel advisor and went above-and-beyond to make our honeymoon so memorable. It was the most stress-free trip in terms of travel, itinerary, and transportation - Kim had thought of everything. She made sure we had the best experience and we felt treated like royalty by all the hotels, tours, and staff involved. Kim was wonderful to work with! From the discovery call to the trip, Kim was very involved, helpful and enthusiastic about our trip (which made it all the more fun and enjoyable for us!). She provided beautiful hotel options, incredibly unique excursions and tours, and even helped organize a last-minute day trip when the weather didn't allow us to participate in one of our originally planned tours. She also had sweet welcome letters and champagne waiting for us at each of our destinations, which made us feel welcomed and celebrated. As someone who personally works in the service industry, I’m cognizant to the fact that I’m probably more “picky” when it comes to communication and customer relationships. All of that to say, Kim has planned a few vacations for us now and each time I’m always so impressed. Her attention to detail while planning your itinerary, her prompt responses that include any/all detail you need, and her overall interest in making your vacation everything you want is amazing - it’s something that is hard to come by in today’s world. We are so appreciative of all of the time that Kim put into planning our dream Italian honeymoon. We will never use anyone else!

Kim was truly amazing. Our trip was perfect! Every detail was thought out, and the trip was customized to our specific interests and needs with children. She was very responsive and flexible with our requests. She even provided us with a welcome gift and note upon our arrival at each hotel! We literally just had to get on a plane to Amsterdam/Paris... it was all taken care of!

Kim has planned and coordinated 3 vacations for me. Each trip has been incredible. Our trips have been planned perfectly from the driver that picked us up at the airport, the hotels, meals and excursions. Kim was great to work with from planning through the end! We appreciated the great detail in the planning. We had many options to plan an amazing trip and the process was easy and stress free. We had incredible communication and travel details leading up to the trip, also making the trip stress free. We had a great app with our whole trip detailed in the app (flights, hotel, entertainment, etc), with links to everything we needed, and electronic tickets. Kim is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. As a proof point, our flight to Europe was delayed and we took another route that went through Paris (CDG). Kim had the foresight to arrange handlers to expedite us through immigration and security so that we would not miss our connecting flight given the short amount of time to reach the departing gate. We hadn't even thought of that. She has great connections, the guides were all fantastic, and all restaurant reservations were confirmed ahead of time. She even was able to get us into Lasarte in Barcelona (Michelin 3 star) which was no small feat. She is simply the best!

Kim is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is detail oriented and will remember things that you will easily forget even if you are a seasoned traveler. She went out of her way to contact any and all parties to make sure my stay with our small family would be so memorable. She researched ships, hotels, very responsive to emails/texts, and so much more! Kim stayed within my desired budget, I could always tell she was smiling on the phone when talking to me, and I cannot think of any way she could have improved her services to our family. We’ve worked with Kim on a few trips now and each time our experience is even better than before (not sure how that’s possible). Kim is proactive, an excellent communicator, and genuinely cares about her clients and their wants/needs for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation. Kim is a top notch professional. We will continue to work with Kim until we are unable to travel because of being unable to move or Kim retires. She created a worry free trip... and when some bumps happened on our overseas trip because of the airlines - she took over. She answers every question and makes sure there is a back-up plan in case of unforeseen events, which are always inevitable. Kim is so organized, so on top of everything, and such high communication, she makes traveling extremely stress free! That’s saying a lot with travel being pretty crazy these days. The app, as always, keeps the trip incredibly organized. While we had zero issues, we take comfort knowing Kim would be all over anything that came up. She’s the best!

Kim was very professional to work with when planning our vacation. She answered all our questions on Covid testing for the US, Spain and Portugal. The hotels, tours and restaurants she recommended were incredible. I highly recommend her to anyone planning on taking a vacation.
