Kim created for us the honeymoon trip of a lifetime to Italy. As someone who personally works in the service industry, I’m cognizant to the fact that I’m probably more “picky” when it comes to communication and customer relationships. Kim was truly amazing. Our trip was perfect! Every detail was thought out, and the trip was customized to our specific interests and needs with children. She was very responsive and flexible with our requests. She even provided us with a welcome gift and note upon our arrival at each hotel! We literally just had to get on a plane to Amsterdam/Paris... it was all taken care of!

Kim is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. As a proof point, our flight to Europe was delayed and we took another route that went through Paris (CDG). Kim had the foresight to arrange handlers to expedite us through immigration and security so that we would not miss our connecting flight given the short amount of time to reach the departing gate. We hadn't even thought of that. She has great connections, the guides were all fantastic, and all restaurant reservations were confirmed ahead of time. She even was able to get us into Lasarte in Barcelona (Michelin 3 star) which was no small feat. She is simply the best!

Kim is a top notch professional. We will continue to work with Kim until we are unable to travel because of being unable to move or Kim retires. She created a worry free trip... and when some bumps happened on our overseas trip because of the airlines - she took over. She answers every question and makes sure there is a back-up plan in case of unforeseen events, which are always inevitable. We would not have had a good a trip with our family of 5, without the planning and safety net of Kim's expertise.

We’ve worked with Kim on a few trips now and each time our experience is even better than before (not sure how that’s possible). Kim is so organized, so on top of everything, and such high communication, she makes traveling extremely stress free! That’s saying a lot with travel being pretty crazy these days. The app, as always, keeps the trip incredibly organized. While we had zero issues, we take comfort knowing Kim would be all over anything that came up. She’s the best!
